We’ll start by hearing about your building – current use, advantages and disadvantages, the type of tenants you’re looking to attract. That understanding of your needs will feed into a series of concept designs for you to consider. Once we have an approved concept, Soul Space will produce detailed commercial building plans and a 3D interactive mock-up. The final design will be fully build-ready, and as part of the process, we’ll take you through getting the necessary local council approvals and permits.
