A key part of the Soul Space design process is the use of the latest technology so you can see your new home before it’s constructed.
Once we’ve agreed on the initial concept, we use the latest computer-aided design (CAD) software, to turn the design sketches, floor plans and elevation drawings into a 3D model, giving you a completely different perspective on the project – you’ll see it begin to grow.
The result is a virtual representation of your future home, allowing you to ‘walk through’ and experience the layout first-hand. You can view the structure from any angle, zoom in and out, pan around the exterior, look through the windows, and generally get a more ‘real life’ feel for how your new home will look.
As well as being a practical way of looking at your home design, the benefit is that 3D modelling is an important part of the iterative design process. It allows us to use your feedback to make adjustments and experiment with changes to the design, forms and materials. We can test new or alternative features, materials and textures, sunlight and shade before agreeing on the final building concept and plans.
